SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Looking for the professional direction of a Personal Trainer, but not the price tag? With Small Group Training, you can share both the experience and the cost with others.
Bridge City Fitness offers daily Small Group Training, as well as private group sessions for you and your friends, teammates or co-workers.
All sessions are one hour in length and are designed around the goals and limitations of those in attendance.
The workouts will vary between self-paced circuit training, time-based "boot camp" style programs and mixed bags of everything.
Need to leave a little early? No problem. Show up a little late? Jump right in. We don't lock the door or give away your spot because we understand that everyone is busy and can have conflicting priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
All of our clients receive nutritional advice, recipes, motivational emails, texts and tweets. We're available to answer your fitness questions, provide supplement advice or even just tell you that you're doing great. Committing to fitness is a life-changing goal, we're here to make sure that you feel good about it.
All sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length.
WHAT IT COSTS
Unlimited monthly classes (Monday - Friday, Sunday): $350/month +GST
Five Classes, pre-paid: $100 +GST
Drop-in: $25/class +GST
We accept all major forms of payment, including Interac, Visa, MasterCard, cash, cheque and email transfer.
