Anyone can show you how to curl a barbell or use a leg press machine-- that's not what we're interested in. We specialize in creating an enthusiastic environment where you'll want to train. We want you to think of your time training with us as the peak of your day. It just so happens that along the way you'll shed fat, build muscle and look great in your clothes.
We've trained everyone from grandparents to current NHL players. Whether you're looking to become a bikini fitness competitor, qualify for Basic Training, or just have more energy to chase the kids in the yard, we can help!
"GYM WHEN I'M THIN"
Unlike public gyms that are often filled with testosterone-raging boys and "social media influencers" constantly updating their Instagram, our facility is discretely tucked away and only open to clients. You can sweat, yell, curse and grind your teeth without worrying what anyone else thinks.
You'll also meet some of our other clients-- many of them have lost 25lbs or more. Some have even lost 100lbs! At least one of our clients has been in the exact same place as you.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
All of our clients receive nutritional advice, recipes, motivational emails, texts and tweets. We're available to answer your fitness questions, provide supplement advice or even just tell you that you're doing great. Committing to fitness is a life-changing goal, we're here to make sure that you feel good about it.
All sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length. You're welcome to come early or stay after to stretch or get your miles in on the treadmill as well.
Unless otherwise stated, no additional equipment is required. However, most clients do prefer to have their own boxing gloves, for example. A minimum twice-weekly commitment is required for all new training clients. This ensures that you're dedicated to achieving your fitness goals and allows us to plan our schedules & programs accordingly.
WHAT IT COSTS
Our hourly rate for Personal Training is $75 plus GST. We bill on a bi-monthly basis and accept all major forms of payment, including Interac, Visa, MasterCard, cash, cheque and email transfer.
