Relocating from Vancouver to Saskatoon in 2009, Carla is a fitness enthusiast of 13 years who truly practices what she preaches. “I believe that fitness is a way of life and should be a routine, just as waking up in the morning is.” Carla designs healthy exercise programs to meet her client’s goals. She also specializes in high energy, high intensity workouts for people looking for a challenge. “Physical activity can help clear your mind and your ability to tackle everyday challenges. Since leaving the Canadian Forces in 2010, Nathan has been a full-time personal trainer with Bridge City Fitness. For over a decade Nathan has been addicted to physical fitness, culminating in his decision to become a certified Personal Trainer.
Recognizing that advanced knowledge of fitness nutrition is just as important as proper training, Nathan is an ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and also certified with Precision Nutrition.
Nathan is responsible for the nutritional & fitness programming that lead Carla to place 1st in Masters Fitness Model, 2nd in Open Fitness Model (competing against women half her age) and 3rd in Masters Bikini in her first ever fitness competition.
Nathan has had the pleasure of training multiple professional NHL players as well as numerous WHL, ECHL, AHL and International League players. He often provides in-season nutrition advice to these players as well.
