Want to punch something without worrying you'll get hit back? Looking for a heart-pounding workout that doesn't involve running on the treadmill or swinging a kettlebell for an hour? Fitness Kickboxing is a partner-based workout that teaches you the fundamentals of safely punching, kicking and pad holding, without the pressure of competition or concern of getting hurt.
Fitness Kickboxing is suitable for all skill levels, since the emphasis is on fitness, not beating the crap out of each other; there is no sparring component.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE
All of our clients receive nutritional advice, recipes, motivational emails, texts and tweets. We're available to answer your fitness questions, provide supplement advice or even just tell you that you're doing great. Committing to fitness is a life-changing goal, we're here to make sure that you feel good about it.
All sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in length. You're welcome to come early or stay after to stretch or get your miles in on the treadmill as well.
Unless otherwise stated, no additional equipment is required. However, most clients do prefer to have their own boxing gloves, for example. A minimum twice-weekly commitment is required for all new training clients. This ensures that you're dedicated to achieving your fitness goals and allows us to plan our schedules & programs accordingly.

Five classes, pre-paid: $100 +GST
Drop-in: $25/class +GST
We accept all major forms of payment, including Interac, Visa, MasterCard, cash, cheque and email transfer.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Give us a call, send us an email, or contact us through social media and let us know that you're interested in attending a Fitness Kickboxing class. We don't accept walk-ins, so please contact us before coming to the gym.
